Digital Ally +6%; shares added to Nasdaq's SHO list

  • The Nasdaq has added Digital Ally (NASDAQ: DGLY) to the list of securities covered by Regulation SHO, which restricts the prices at which shares can be shorted.
  • DGLY had 682K shares shorted as of Jan. 15. That's equal to 26% of the float, but down sharply from an Aug. 29 level of 1.18M.
