Guess what I discovered on my own... IF I HOLD THAT DISK ON THE SIDE that slides in and push it in with all my might the mouse works... But if I take my hand off and all if stops working.

I would say I need a new mouse. How is Walmart for mouses and what would you recommend. At least they will take it back if defective.
