Trey, I did not speak to WSTL Home Office nor did I try them, I spoke with their Investor Relations company The Financial Relations Board. Believe me I feel your frustrations too. I have a BOAT LOAD of this stuff as well with an average price just over 20. Hopefully, we will all feel better soon enough.
