I've got a good idea for you Brumey...............since we don't need the KXL for oil, why not use it to bring fresh water down to Texas and the SW......parched areas caused by the climate change oil caused...... That would be about 35,000,000 gallons a day......right out of the Great Lakes or the thousands of lakes in Canada....
