From Insider Trading Summaries transaction price was 7.64 (similar transaction on 8/15-26; transaction price was 8.12):

I do not now who is correct, because at price of 7.64/share transaction has different meaning. Anyone there with access to completely SEC insider transaction files (4 or 144s)?
