John, lets hope the next 10Q takes us a bit past that<vbg> My guess,(and purely a guess),is the filing will be prompt. With the new BB listing regs looming in the future,IMO it's very important to take care of business(prompt filings), and so far the company has.I believe,if we are ever going make it back to the nasdaq(or amex) the company has to continue to file in a timely manner,dotting every "i" and crossing every "t"..DD
