Nasdaq Small Cap list then. Still odd for an Oppy to push. I don't know about a Wolanchuk reaction. Usually stocks that are mentioned over the weekend (Barron's, WSW, NBR, etc.) come out of the chute strong Monday AM. This was flat AM Monday if I recall, then steady strength before exploding this afternoon. And Wolanchuk has been pushing PESI for months. Wonder if it could be something else? Dwight
