I'm not arguing. I'm saying it. There is noting in the law that says one nickel of the money raised by the legislation is to be used to pay for it. The penalties, the income taxes, the excise taxes, all of it, is deposited directly into the General Fund where Congress can spend it to buy everyone paid vacations if the choose to.

And that makes it different from all the other origination clause cases that have been considered by the COURT.

now, I recognize no one is worried about it. Just as no one was concerned about the case currently pending, until it got close. If the court grants Cert., we'll see what happens. But it is clear the law should be unconstitutional. The court may or may not determine it to be.
