Paul,
I read the Scientific American "Silicon Process" issue with interest recently. Here's a question to get your mind off todays price:

What do you make of the recent TI release about an insulator for copper. Is this type of development going to help keep the geometry shrinking past 0.18 or 0.1 and keep the Moores law going. Is it any different from IBM's. I found it fascinating that they say "air bubbles" in the film will insulate. At the geometries discussed these would have to be pretty small bubbles wouldn't they.
