because white liberals won't vote for the black man and dem blacks only win in black districts. Unlike black repubs who win in white districts.

maybe blacks don't save as much, probably has to do with evolution, where one group lived in extreme areas where they better save up for the winter vs evolving in a place where you can pick fruit off a tree any day of the year
