Hello Hunter: I wish I had a good answer regarding shares outstanding. I did learn that the company increased the total number of shares that the company could authorize to 200mm in Sept. Considering that it is soon to become a worldwide company, this is not unusual, nor unwise.
My guessitmate on outstanding shares currently is around 62mm.
I would estimate that there are at least 44mm shares in restricted stock which would leave a float of around 18mm. Of the 18mm float, I would guess that at least 2mm shares are in certificate form in the names of the investors.
As to my receiving free shares, I think its a great idea. Please send me some. I am afraid that I got my shares the old fashioned way, I paid for them through e-trade. I have never received any compensation from IMMM or NAMX.
Why would anyone spend as much time studying this company as I have? You know the answer. I am na‹ve. I trust people. I spend so much time studying companies that I am interested in that it borders on a compulsion. I have a fixation on really cool technology and finally I am truly a flawed human because I freely share my research and ideas with other similarly flawed humans who think and act like me.
Oh, one other thing. I believe the Internet is intended for the honest and responsible exchange of ideas. Those who use it to destroy out of personal revenge or by manipulating stocks via conspiracies to defraud will face the same consequences as they would in the real, non-electronic world. Defamation is defamation whether it is shouted out to a person on the street, or sent via an electronic impulse to a public forum. Fraud is fraud no matter how it is perpetrated and no matter how many aliases people try to hide behind. A conspiracy is a conspiracy whether you have joined hands in a backroom or orchestrated an electronic pump and dump campaign via e-mail.
I am sorry that you have to learn the hard way. We all tried to warn you. One RICOH case can ruin your day.
As for my compensation for all of my hard work on IMMM and NAMX, I will be rewarded in Investors Heaven in algebraic proportions when the market has the sense to see the potential EPS for NAMX in '98. I have purchased shares at .80, .56, .29 and .10. My persistent averaging down would have caused William J. O"Neill to toss me out of one of his seminars. Stupid me. Oh, did we just complete a drilling campaign of nine successful wells? How idiotic of me to invest in such a company!
Regarding Dr. Stamm's wife being named a director, that is not going to happen. That would probably be a waste of a truly talented person whom I think most, who have had a chance to read her bio, would find to be quite a talented professional who could very effectively lead a company like NAMX through the exciting years ahead. |
