Why did blacks make up only 7% of Congressional reps in the 113th Congress when they make up 13% of the population? Why is black unemployment always significantly higher than white unemployment? How can that be true after 8 years of Clinton, and 6 years of obama? I think you are lying, because blacks wouldn't be that stupid after 14+ years of being shit on and forgotten.
