Again proving my point, the Egyptian kings also did the same 1000yrs earlier, taking political hostages when they conquered territories/cities like Megiddo, even Babylon.Then educating them to serve their idea of order, harmony & imprinting their culture on them. Anyone can see this mode of cultural exchange & benefits to the Jews from each contact was immense, they were backward hilltribes originally and majority stayed in Babylon.

Perhaps migrated north up into Turkey, the Greeks had already been settling in Byzantium around 660BC which was right on major trade routes, later to be called Constantinople now Istanbul. We know that Greece has been occupied by humans for about 75,000yrs, reflect how long that is.
