Appreciate your interest in my ancestry. I can understand you being jealous that I can trace my ancestry back to the time of the Reformation.
My great, great, great grandfather came to this country from Germany in the mid 1700s. His name was Johann Heinrich Strunk. He settled in North Carolina with his wife, two sons and two daughters. My great, great grandfather was named Daniel Strunk. He had a large farm in North Carolina. I have done extensive search of my family ancestry. I find it very interesting.
Just as an aside, the men in my line from Johann have all been tall. I am 6 foot 3. So you see that the old names from Europe have little to do with the physical traits of descendants 1000 years into the future. Obviously, being an idiot, you would not know that.
When did your ancestors come to this country?
