The legal notes at the bottom are staggering in their substance and implications. When has anyone seen the like before? I've sure never seen anything like that in the 43-101 era.

I suspect the next financing is coming very soon. They need to make plans for summer work at Eaglehead (CXM) so CUU would need lead time if they wish to invest in that, and any plans for VD also need funding (although not nearly as weather dependent field program).
