NTII does have an interesting business model. Do you have any insight as to their licensing agreements when they acquire a drug? Specifically, do they return any royalties back to the universities/researchers who discover the drugs?

It makes a huge difference if NTII must return half of their royalties to the researcher/university.

Your writeup mentioned that many of the researchers own stock in NTII. Did they buy it, or was it part of the compensation in the licensing agreement?
