NTII does have an interesting business model. Do you have any insight as to their licensing agreements when they acquire a drug? Specifically, do they return any royalties back to the universities/researchers who discover the drugs? It makes a huge difference if NTII must return half of their royalties to the researcher/university. Your writeup mentioned that many of the researchers own stock in NTII. Did they buy it, or was it part of the compensation in the licensing agreement? BTW, thanks for sending me your writeup. It is informative.
