Despicable What is despicable is taking investors' hard earned money and putting it in their pockets and the pockets of family members. What is despicable is knowingly making false statements about developments, progress, processes and timelines for the sole purpose of taking and keeping money from trusting investors. What is despicable is the complete lack of candor or respect for the investors who have believed in this snake oil bullshit for 10 years. What would be despicable would be being a trusted voice for the investors and trading in and out of this stock based on information gained at tete-a-tetes with management. Good thing nobody's doing that...right? '15 is dead, Tox will not be completed in '15.
