Hello! Brad,
After reviewing your previous posting on this thread, I am in full support with your comments regarding CVIA!
When you mentioned that you have been following CVIA for three years, I was not surprised as I noticed that you were making significant contributions on this thread back near it's beginning!
I have had regular contact and communication with the current CVIA Management, headed up by Mr. Jack Arnold!
It's only my guess and opinion but, I imagine that Jack Arnold has had to rise above many challenges and problems that he inherited after the previous directors vacated the premises!
Here is my two cents worth!
Since Jack Arnold had the backbone and character/integrity, to carry on , after everyone else left him holding the CVIA Corporate Flag by his lonesome, and he has still been able to communicate with all interested shareholders ( be it phone, e-mail, etc.)--even though initially he had nothing but bad/sad news to share!
It's my feeling that he wasn't doing it to see how much stress that he could build up in his life, I think he was doing what ever needed to be done, to salvage and turn around a business that was "abused, without any concern for it's shareholders by the previous CVIA Management!
And hopefully he is thinking like the rest of us CVIA shareholders! That is how financially attractive can Jack make CVIA to achieve the most financially sound merger / business decision for the Company and it's shareholders! ( And let's keep in mind that Jack Arnold is also a shareholder).
So every time that CVIA has a price fluctuation, my guess is that if any one should be getting concerned, it could very well be that Jack Arnold may be near the top of the list!
Since in my opinion he appears OKAY! with the roller coster ride that we are currently on, and I am in very regular communication with him( as are many of you!) ---then I will at this point accept that our CVIA is in the best hands of Management that is possible given the current and surrounding circumstances!
Each of you should make your own decisions, but I for one, am betting on CVIA led by Jack Arnold in CVIA's quest for a financially beneficial merger/business transaction!
This is only a guess, but I have a hunch that the number of followers of the CVIA scenario is steadily growing,----and when the right news on the right news announcement comes out , we will all know the outcome! ( Just my own opinion!).
Best Regards,
