1) SEBL has major NIH (not invented here) issues with their partnering strategy - in direct contrast to vantive.

2) Tom SEBL has great marketing prowess, but the arrogance to match Larry Ellison. He also is a very intolerant manager.

3) I have to do more work on the technology, but the above two items certainly concern me. I still have been able to get resolved this so called backlog they've got.

4) With Vantive release 7 on the market, could that delay decision making? I doubt it will impact december, all the analysts jump up and down about december being in the bag, but it could create issues next quarter.

5) I've spoken to a few TA professionals, boy it sure looks ugly. apparently 36 is a key level - they say if it breaks here, look out below.

The above items make things very iffy in my book, i just can't seem to get confirmation on this backlog stuff. Any industry folks have a view? Steve Farber, Konehead, or Shege?
