Still at the level of "noise"... but, there are already a number of hype sites that are using this in teaser form to try to con you into paying $10 to get the "news"... with promos that appear they were written by the same folks who tout investment newsletters using similar come-ons about "the next big thing"... that they'd love to tell you all about, if you only pay for a subscription... But, in this case, the news is suggesting that the change that is intended is going to be transformational in terms of money... AS money... The touts are saying it is a major change in the way money works. I remain to be convinced... but...
