Uploaded this rug maker from Iran this afternoon on FB, i do love people that work to create beauty & usefull things from wherever they come, its the simplicity i enjoy & it is real. (perhaps why i do not like you) This to me this is truely spiritual & historical as well, these arts tell an evolutionary tale about us, from weaving/textiles , pottery/ glass making to metallurgy. This is what pleases me very much, a treasure in the making. Religion is not superior to Art, Art is equal to Religion as an expression of who we are. The same can be said for Science & Philosophy, together these are the four forms of human spiritual expression. (all equals, Religion is nothing without the other three...are we learning yet? )
