Hi FawnVu,

I'm also following your posts on Yahoo.

The fact is someone sold 1M+ shares of stock today. The rest looked like individual buys/sells and MM trades. I'm sure there are a number of possible explanations as to why someone (you can guess who) would sell that many shares at 1/32, most of the reasons are bad. The secrecy is not encouraging either.

The Yahoo discussion brought out the only good reason. If management is forced to sell shares to keep the bid low in order for them to consumate some deal at an agreed stock price, then I can see them selling to replenish the supply of CAFE stock at 1/32. Of course, I have no idea how any such deal would work.

The key here might be the so called news that they were supposed to provide James Holton. I know he no longer represents CAFE, but I think we need to contact him and ask him:

1. Is there a chance that CAFE management was lying about having good news ?

2. Was there anything about the news that would explain their secrecy or their need to keep the stock price as low as possible ?

Regards,
Chris
