Brian, Quote from a 12/15 news release that described EPS estimate decreases from SoundView. "SoundView cut its fiscal 1998 earnings estimates on Applied Materials to $1.69 a share from $1.99 a share. Applied Materials' fiscal year ends in October." Cary
