I'm concerned about the cost of constructing many square miles of solar panels and the maintenance thereof. That's pretty significant. There is huge growth and growing capacity...which is why prices have dropped so much. Anyway, It is not THE solution for all of our energy needs...it is a component....the third most important one in terms of renewables. Have you heard of thin film solar?
