I think it would be a really sad turn of events if only professional politicians can become president. In effect, you're limiting the presidency to the worst of the worst.

Sorry, I just don't believe that. Fundraising is a problem for most non-politicians, and I'm sure it is a huge stumbling block for Carson. But there is little question that of all the people running, Ben Carson is the most qualified. Left or Right.
