Jack, another news release said that WCII agreed to provide employment to nearly all MCCI's employees, and to maintain existing channels of distribution, as conditions of its agreement with the bankruptcy court. I don't think that they would have agreed to this unless they thought that 1) they could actually use these folks to open up new markets and 2) they could not get their hands on the MCCI assets and customer base w/o making these concessions to the court. I think that WCII thinks that it is nearly "stealing" the existing business customer base of 45,000 for just $70 mm (taking into account the account receivables due). And did you have a chance to read the release in which WCII tried to explain how the deal was accretive:
