Take a look at the chart, for it has been in a down trend since it went public, except for a few bounces along the way! And this is from the buy back announcement this afternoon: <Under the program, the Company is authorized to repurchase up to 10 million shares on the open market or through privately-held negotiated transactions.> And I couldn't agree with you more as far as Mr. Kenny is doing OK, for he is now negotiating another buy back from his and other insiders privarely-held stock!
