Security National Financial Corp. (SNFCA)

Received my 5% stock dividend last week. No tax until you sell so new shares reduce your cost basis. My original shares (w/ stock div) were bought 9/4/204 and are now +28%. Very nice slow grower. Their hidden asset is their mortuary business. Will continue to hold as BV is $7.31/share (all those cemetery plots carried at cost).

Company also sell mortgages and other financial products. They recently settled all outstanding claims from lenders they delt w/ during 2009 financial crisis. New revenue streams from their insurance division should begin to grow too.
