No, no one cares because after 6+ years of obama_the_messiah and billions of dollars funneled, nothing else need be done for the infrastructure. Those were "shovel ready" jobs that got the real unemployment down to below 6%. Everybody is happy and dancing in the streets, especially in the Black neighborhoods.
