I held my nose and bought CYTR this week. Some of the management decisions regarding the secondary were downright stupid and unethical, though I don't think illegal. But their blunders are fully recognized in the market cap. They are in the same space as THLD as their lead drug also targets soft tissue sarcoma. The share price has put in a higher low from the December lows and the filing of a 13D this week by Blackrock could be making the shorts reconsidering their positions. finviz.com
