I really don't see there's any link between Xedia and Shiva. Xedia probably has hired some former SHVA employees and that's all. From their website, it isn't clear which executives they're referring about. And more certainly, I don't see any high ranking SHVA officials on Xedia's board or something.

Besides, I really don't see anything innovative about Xedia. Otherwise, they should have already IPOed after 5 years of existence.
