If someone was supposed to glean anything in a learning curve. I hope it was the investors who put up the cash.

If you are saying Elmer is not good at what this company requires ? I tend to disagree. C/F is an exploration company not a miner. He has been an explorer for close to 30 years. And is very good at it. He raises money for the companies he runs thru a public process. Uses that money to explore properties and in turn draws a very handsome salary for himself among other benefits.

No where does or did he ever guarantee a return to shareholders that came in contact with his operations. It is the responsibility of each individual who tendered funds in exchange for shares to take profits when they are there. He never told any one to buy nor did he tell anyone not to sell.

I'll admit promotion reports were served up like Pheasant under glass, inspiring mouth watering dreams in the minds of many that made them hang on. Then when they slid under water. No one wanted to face a few hundred or thousand dollar loss, hoping it would come back. It rarely does and the losses only get bigger. I've been there. Worst part is larger the loss the more difficult it is to sell. One seems to focus on what will be lost, rather than what can be salvaged.

But every junior explorer out there does the exact same thing. Look what Pat Braukman's CGW has done, 64gpt Au. Did a Roll back and turned 100k holding into 1330 shares Or GBN where Ron Netolitzki was CEO. Now that it is about to do a roll back diluting share holders to nothing, he left for other pastures.
Or Scott Broughton who is the CEO of 3 separate companies all operating out of the same office. Roca shares reached close to $4 Now all three are under a nickel. The same happens to oil juniors. The list is endless.

95% of all mining explorers end up failing to make any kind of significant discovery. That's the stats if your going to put money into them. It took my first 15 years in the market to get it thru my thick skull. Even though I spent my life in the resource industry witnessing numerous failures.

Finally it sunk in. I was not really investing in the operations. But rather there to play the hype. Selling to players who wanted in as euphoria was still high.

If there is anything to be learned from this going forward. It is don't be drawn in by the Bullshit It's part of their job.

Don't mean to offend any one. But investing is business not hoping or wishing.

Elmer .
I can't see anything changing in his methods . I doubt he cares what the average Joe thinks ? Copper Fox is simply his current instrument. No different than other entities he has been, is involved in or will be in the future,
