I see Sennen Potash SN CEO Ian Rozier and his gang have wound up in court after Bob Moriarity of 321 Gold exposing their Newport Exploration scam last summer. Case finally got underway February 3rd.
Moriarity has this comment on the gang.. all the same principals in SN as are in Newport.

"Write these names down and keep them handy. If you ever see them associated with any company you are considering buying, prepare yourself to be raped. Ian Rozier, President of Newport Exploration, Barbara Dunfield, CFO of Newport and David Cohen, Director of Newport."

NEWPORT EXPLORATION CLASS ACTION

In June 2014, Investigation Counsel P.C. filed a class action in the Supreme Court of British Columbia against Newport Exploration Ltd. (“Newport”), certain of its officers and directors, and Reva Resources Corp. The class action is brought on behalf of those who owned shares of Newport at any time between April 30, 2013 and February 18, 2014.

The action arises from Newport’s alleged failure to generally disclose a material change in its affairs relating to a royalty it held on certain oil and gas properties in Australia. It is alleged that this failure caused the price of Newport’s securities to be artificially deflated during the class period and that the defendant directors and officers engaged in self-dealing to directly and indirectly profit from the deflation. The class members suffered damage by selling artificially deflated shares during the class period and through the dilution to their equity interests resulting from the impugned transactions involving the defendant directors and officers.

In October 2014, the plaintiff delivered its application record to the defendants. The plaintiff’s application seeks, among other relief, leave to pursue the causes of action for secondary market liability under Part 16.1 of the British Columbia Securities Act and certification of the action as a class proceeding.

On October 29, 2014, counsel was notified by the Supreme Court of British Columbia that a Judge had been assigned to judicially manage this proposed class action. The first case management conference with the Judge has been set for February 3, 2015.

In order for Investigation Counsel P.C. to notify you of important developments in this action when permitted or required to do so by the Court, please fill out the Newport Exploration Class Action Information Form.
