My lead in sentence is this.

The informed true science educated speak like Dr. Roy Spencer. Now if you google Dr Roy Spencer or

Now, as a skeptical PhD climate scientist who has been working and publishing in the climate field for over a quarter century
You will find the simple answer.

Dr. Spencer is a true science educated individual. He is a luke warmist as he is not an applied physicist of the invisible forces in the universe. I as an applied physicist of the invisible forces in the universe with decades of work experience would say that maybe an increase of CO2 by 1 part in 10,000 might cause a global rise in temperature of one part in 10,000 but more likely if it could be measured it would be one part in a million or it may actually cause some millionths part cooling.
