I just don't feel that much either way about it. I really don't. As I said, I don't feel like I have a horse in this race. When I actually did care about it, I was let down by both sides.

AIPAC's running its course. We're getting back to the point where we were with it in the Reagan/Bush I years -- we are fine with Israel existing, and consider it an ally, but we don't have to worship at its altar. When it screws up, we can say so. Our politicians have to say "I love Israel" less and less. Frankly, that's kind of creepy. We don't hear politicians saying "I love England" or "I love Germany." Obama's taking a decent tack there -- Netanyahu overstepped his bounds and Obama's making that clear. Good enough for me.

It ain't my issue. I can have an opinion, but it's like 50th on my issue list. If that. So you won't find me advocating in any solid direction over it these days.
