Iodine, along with Vitamin D, was one of the first thing I added when I started following Dr Davis. What's the correct dosage? Nobody knows. Hard to take too much when you look at the Japanese intake. I talked about this again in a post on Jan 25th:

Dr Davis mentioned the need to supplement iodine in the last post I put up. I do it by taking two kelp tablets daily. It's really just compressed seaweed and quite cheap. Amazon has it under the "Icelandic Kelp" label, 1000 Tabs for $11.69. Less than two cents a day for 2 pills a day. Free shipping with a $35 order. I get a kick out of the marketing under the Icelandic label. These supplement companies seem to think we believe everything is better if it comes from Iceland. Where it was really harvested God only knows. :>)
