It seems to me that PQRS is an attempt by Medicare and Medicaid to move off of fee for service...and there is as much material on the web in favor of such an initiative as there is critical of it...what exactly is wrong with that considering the cost of health care in the US? and why is it any surprise that the medical community would be skeptical of not in favor of it? Fuck them...the health provider community is the reason our health care costs are twice as high as nearly anywhere else....and don't come back to me with this "quality" bullshit.
