The price drop wasn't due to efficiencies of scale, but due to lack of demand. You can't sell these panels at cost without some major subsidies.


And they are staying low because? And what does that have to do with your argument that we don't have the capacity to supply enough generation equipment to power the globe with solar...as if anyone had actually made such an overly simplistic proposal?
