For some silly reason, the one thing that was most important to me was having a real wall, with a real door to the bdrm area. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus.

It's basically new, but because it was pre-owned we didn't pay that drive off the lot fee new rigs incur. The couple who bot it originally brought it back after one outing because it was "too big." Still has that new smell.
