Tomas: For your info., the circular has not arrived in the US yet (at least not in this household). I called eschwab investor services and they claimed they were waiting for "instructions" from the company. Also have securities at Waterhouse and haven't received anything from them either. I faxed Sophia in IR and let her know about the delay, in case there was a communication problem somewhere. Don't see how we can make the 23rd. Alex Still holding my breath for a 100K share trading day, can't...last...much......longer............! <g>
