More fraudulent posting from you... claiming that that guys lack of experience (or, his paycheck being tied to performances that induce people to watch) is a proof of... anything... other than that he's an idiot ? There's nothing at all remotely unusual about that event occurring when the conditions for it are right. That the conditions enabling it are uncommon... in some places... means nothing other than that those conditions are uncommon... as are any other number of weather events. en.wikipedia.org What it has you doing... is pretending that some guy being theatrical about an event that is unusual in his experience... is a proof that the event was caused by... whatever magical thinking totem it is that you choose to ascribe it to. Cantore being theatrical... is not a proof of anything, much less causality, as you pretend is obviously true...
