Gene, have you ever worked a union job?

If you think seniority doesn't mean anything when you are a union worker then you probably haven't.

There's a strike going on in California right now with guys that work on the docks. The union workers in that strike are making about $170K a year on average.

I'm not saying that that is too much for a dockworker to make, but those dockworkers are driving some decent little companies into bankruptcy because of their actions.

I'm just saying that we need a Middle Ground on this stuff....Workers should get decent pay and safe conditions and businesses should be able to conduct their business without being set up for blackmail by strong arm union demands.
