Kurt, Each are different companies. AFLX is priced highest but has a 50/50 market for its flip chip assembly busimess half dd and half medical/ telecommunication. CCIR is just moving significantly into flip chips like INVX; SFLX is sucking wind currently but has two brand new state of the art factories in Mexico and the Philippines and is cheapest on price/book value.... INVX could afford any of the three companies. My guess is that they would "chase" only if a major flip chip customer wanted them to be globally available to support assembly operations.....
