My libtard friend rents an upstairs apartment in a building he owns (not his home) to Mexicans from Oaxaca,......one of the poorest areas of Mexico.........6 in the apartment..... one couple with 2 kids and an anchor baby on the way.....also a sister and her boyfriend.......my friend taught the sister how to drive and only his daughter convinced him NOT to cosign for a car loan after the sister passed the test on the third try. Now....out of the blue........a car materializes without the car loan and they want to BUY the whole building from my friend. It's in a somewhat run down area in Catskill NY near where Tyson trained in Cus D'amato's gym. The building may sell for perhaps $110K.....
Now they will claim two heads of households in that bunch and will likely be eligible for near $50K in Earned Income Tax Credits for the last three years..........I bet they are now on all forms of available NY assistance. My friend initially did not take the inquiry seriously.........but I told him they wil likely be able to pay YOU cash for the building and in a few short years will be lending YOU money at interest. He's not laughing now. What a country........Adios Amigos!
