Very low rates means extended asset value multiples to cash flow. Cost of living going up far beyond wages for the working person. Bank lending remains tepid in a very low rate environment thus hurting those who need it most to get ahead exacerbated by financial crisis and the consolidation of power into the big four helped along further by Dodd Frank making private money lending next to impossible. Is a a great deal if you got great credit and borrow to buy a car you can afford or property where it is affordable and still cheap.
