Here are some quotes from Warren's letter to the shareholders. You might want to call IR for more specific questions as I can't answer them.

Cholestech's R&D product pipeline reflects our strategy of providing tests to screen and monitor disease states for which there are
treatments. The ability of the Cholestech LúDúX analyzer to run both dry chemistry and immunoassay tests will allow Cholestech to
offer cassettes to test for a variety of diseases:

ú Renal Panel. We recently received 510(k) clearance from the Food and Drug Administration for our renal panel (BUN and
creatinine), which measures kidney function. It is currently undergoing review by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to
obtain waived status.

ú ALT (transaminase). This liver function test is extremely important for people undergoing cholesterol-lowering treatment using statin
drugs. Since there is the possibility of liver damage from these drugs, physicians monitor patients for liver function as a part of their
ongoing therapy.

ú Glycated Hemoglobin. The measurement of glycated hemoglobin is a valuable tool in the treatment of diabetes because it provides
the physician with an integrated measure of insulin compliance over the previous 60 to 90 days instead of the "snapshot" that is
derived from a glucose test. It is a more effective way to help patients manage their disease over the long term.

ú Bone Resorption. This test is used to monitor the effectiveness of treatment for not only osteoporosis, but also estrogen
replacement therapy in post-menopausal women. This is a collaborative effort with Metra Biosystems, Inc. utilizing their Pyrilinks-Dr
assay.

ú PSA (prostate specific antigen). This test helps to identify men at risk for enlarged prostate and prostate cancer.
