bill{FINE} it doesn't say reg s {offshore deal} although it is private placemant.. shareholders ran because they may be scared that the company will burn this money and be last on the soup line.. i would not consider shorting this as a long term short until more disclosure about senior bonds/notes and their profitability&/or sales growth is weighed in an industry comaparison.. taxi
