Teuton Resources (TUO-V) Feb 20, '15 This is the first share consolidation since the Company was listed on the Vancouver Stock Exchange (VSE) in mid-1985, 29.5 years ago. Effective at the opening, Monday, Feb. 23, 2015, the common shares of Teuton Resources will commence trading on the TSX-Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. No name change.
