RE: FINE Taxi, sorry, I don't have the covenants. Anyhow, it's academic, because the stock has been halted (?) for a week, so you can't short it now. We were just examining the 10/22 deal to see if it MIGHT have been an advance signal of FINE's December collapse. Who knows, the Oct. debenture may have had nothing to do with it. BTW, does anybody know of a link for finding Reg-S filings all in one place? TIA.
