Lee : Sun gathered contempt for signing up Solaris with INTC "notwithstanding" that Merced does not now exist : www1.sjmercury.com When INTC sees a networking UNIX (Rhapsody) as friendly as a Mac OS desktop they will come a'knocking to AAPL . Could be INTC is becoming a little nervous over MSFT's legal problems and and the earlier news link is disinformation to pressure AAPL . Jim K. Dirk : Well said...didn't want to mention Moscone but maybe that's where that earlier news item was headed... or maybe its paranoia
